Vijay Devarakonda propones Puri film without making noise

The young and talented actor Vijay Deverakonda has multiple project in his Kitty and currently busy in his upcoming romantic drama World Famous Lover. He is planning to wrap up the shoot of this upcoming film soon. It is known news that Vijay Deverakonda is also the part of Puri Jagannadh’ directorial venture Fighter, which was expected to go on the floor in the month of January. Now according to the latest buzz in the film industry, Fighter is preponed. The regular shoot of Vijay Deverakonda and Puri Jagannadh’ film Fighter will commence from the fourth week of December and Vijay Devarakonda will continue working till the end of January. Fighter will be bankrolled jointly by Puri Jagannadh and Charmee. Their previous outing, iSmart Shankar starring Ram Pothineni, Nabha Natesh and Nidhhi Agerwal, turned out to be a massive success. Currently Puri Jagannadh is also in the hunt of female lead for Vijay Deverakonda starrer Fighter.

Vijay Devarakonda is currently busy acting in Kranthi Madhav’ directorial venture World Famous lOver, which is being bankrolled by KS Rama Rao. It is a romantic tale that will be based on some real-life incidents and has Raashi Khanna, Aishwarya Rajesh, Catherine Tresa and Izabelle Leite in the female leads.

Vijay Deverakonda is also the part of Anand Annamalai directorial venture which has been titled, Hero. In this movie, Vijay Deverakonda will be playing a professional biker and will be undergoing rigorous training for the role.

Kajal Aggarwal to fight with Korean Drug Mafia

If ongoing buzz in media and film industry is to be believed, Kajal Aggarwal is all set to play the role of Cop in an upcoming film of Rana Daggubati which is based on drug Mafia. If everything will be accordingly, the upcoming film of Kajal Aggarwal and Rana Daggubati will go on the floor very soon.

Baahubali and Ghazi fame Rana Daggubati is keen on producing a series of interesting films. His love for a Korean action thriller made the actor approach several top actresses for the lead role. The makers have roped a debutant to direct this action drama which is based on drug mafia and Kajal Aggarwal will play the cop.

Rana Daggubati is planning to make this action drama in Telugu and Tamil languages. Earlier he wants to bring lady Superstar Nayantara to play the female lead but she rejected the movie because of her busy schedule. Later he approached Mahanati fame, Keerthy Suresh, to play the female lead but she also said no to him. Later when Rana Daggubati offered the role of Kajal Aggarwal, she gave her nod and now she is all set to play the cop. Natural Star Nani and director Shiva Nirvana are coming together again for a new film, which is bankrolled by Sahu Garapati and Harish Peddi under the banner of Shine Screens. According to the latest update, the makers have roped Hyderabadi beauty Ritu Varma to play the female lead in Nani starrer upcoming untitled movie.
Touted to be a complete family entertainer, Nani will be playing an interesting character in this drama which has Ritu Varma in the female lead. Apart from directing the film, Shiva Nirvana will also be in charge of story, screenplay, and dialogues. Nani is very impressed with his role and that is the main reason, he has agreed to play the lead role in Shiva Nirvana’s directorial venture. The shooting will start once Nani is done with his current assignments. Sai Dharam Tej is coming up with an upcoming romantic and family entertainer drama Prati Roju Pandage, which is directed by Maruthi Dasari. Venkatesh fingering in Asuran Script?

Venkatesh Daggubati is on the board to act in an upcoming Telugu film, which is a remake of Tamil blockbuster movie Asuran. Recently in an interview, Suresh Babu has also confirmed that Srikanth Addala will helm Asuran remake for Venkatesh. Dhanush and Manju Warrier starrer Asuran is a rustic period village drama and the makers of the Telugu version are making enough changes to suit the sensibilities of Telugu audiences. Apparently, Venkatesh himself is taking special care and is suggesting some key changes to the script of Asuran.

The sources say that Venkatesh Daggubati is fingering in the script currently. Venkatesh is also said to have suggested several changes and some of the episodes are changed completely considering the taste of the Telugu audience. It is being heard that Srikanth will spend the complete December on the script work and if everything will go accordingly, the movie will go on the floor after Sankranthi 2020.

The makers of Asuran remake are also in the hunt for new faces to play a crucial role in this upcoming film of Venkatesh starrer.

The pre-production work has been started. Suresh Babu and Asuran’s producer Kalaipuli S Thanu will be jointly producing the movie. Asuran, based on popular Tamil novel Vekkai, turned out to be a blockbuster in Kollywood with over Rs 100 crore in gross earnings. Srikanth Addala is keen on roping in Anushka Shetty for this de-glam role but Suresh Babu is planning to bring Shriya Saran on the board to play the female lead. The talks are in the final stages and an announcement regarding this will be made soon.

Rs 8 Cr remuneration to Parasuram, Rs 7 Cr to Naga Chaitanya

Akkineni Naga Chaitanya has collaborated with Geetha Govindam fame director Parasuram for an upcoming untitled project, which is expected to go on the floor in the month of May next year. The ace director Parasuram has been idle from the past one and half years after which he signed a film. The upcoming film of Naga Chaitanya and Parasuram will be bankrolled by Ram Achanta, Gopi Achanta under the banner of 14 Reels Plus. According to the latest update, the upcoming film is going to be made on the budget of Rs 50 Cr. Parasuram will be getting Rs 8 Cr whereas Naga Chaitanya will be getting Rs 7 Cr remuneration to act in this film.

It is also being said that the Naga Chaitanya and Parasuram film will be hitting theatres next year itself. However, neither the actor nor the director has come up with any official word regarding this upcoming project. But the sources close to the Naga Chaitanya have revealed that the makers are planning to make an official announcement regarding this project after the finalization of the female lead. Power Star Pawan Kalyan is making his comeback to films is old news. The latest update is that Pawan has gone back to the political side with the latest scenario in Andhra Pradesh. So with no choice, Anil Ravipudi has designed an alternate climax and currently that shoot is happening in the outskirts of Hyderabad.

It is from a confirmed source very close to Mahesh who revealed that Sarileru Neekevvaru shoot has been going on smoothly and no alternate scenes are being shot. It is completely baseless that Mahesh has asked for an alternate climax. Mahesh doesn’t involve in those things once he is okay with the script. Those are just false rumors and Mahesh fans need not believe that. The shooting which is currently happening on the outskirts is an action sequence but not climax. In Sarileru Neekevvaru, Mahesh is playing the role of an Army Major Ajay Krishna. The teaser which was released recently caught up well with the audience. Venky Mama release confusion is the latest news that is doing circles in film Nagar. This is one of the flicks in recent times for which the release date has been changed many times. Actually it was for Dussehra, Venky Mama was supposed to get release but an injury to Venkatesh meant a delay in shooting. Though the shooting of the film got completed in the first week of November, the Venky Mama team has been looking out for a suitable release date. First, they tried for Sankranthi release but it is not possible with already four films scheduled for the release at that time.

Producer Suresh Babu has thought to release the movie on December 20th to take full advantage of the Christmas holiday season, already 2 films Pratiroju Pandage and Ruler have scheduled their release dates much earlier. Then Suresh Babu is left with no choice but to release Venky Mama on December 13th which happens to be the birthday of Victory Venkatesh. However, buyers of the film are not interested in the date as there is no holiday advantage. Venky Mama is made with a whopping budget and high stakes are at risk. So a holiday release in mandatory for the film.

After much thought now Suresh Babu has decided to release Venky Mama on December 25th. US distributor got a call from the producer to arrange premiers for December 24th. However, there is a small problem in that. As it is Christmas eve, most of the theaters will be shut down which means Venky Mama should have early premiers on Tuesday.

With Venky Mama coming on December 25th, Prati Roju Pandage and Ruler will be affected a lot as they cannot take the full Christmas holiday advantage. So Venky Mama is making it tough for December 20th releases.

The sources say that Chiranjeevi and his family members are trying to buy 18th-century wall cupboards made of wood and glass and used by Nizami rulers. Mega family is planning to fly Singapore and participate in an auction.

The 18th-century wall cupboard which is made of glass and wood is being auctioned in Singapore by artifacts reseller, and it is heard that Chiranjeevi is trying to buy it out at a reasonable price.

The 25,000-plus sq feet house of Chiranjeevi is located near Dr. MCR HRD Institute, in Jubilee Hills. It is designed by Tahiliani Homes, an interior and architectural firm from the Design House of Tarun Tahiliani, India’s renowned fashion designer. Chiranjeevi’s house is a great showcase of the best of India’s heritage. The designer Tarun Tahiliani said, “The whole house of Chiranjeevi is a showpiece, a showstopper. The Konidelas are down-to-earth people and they wanted Indian history and heritage in their home.”

Chiranjeevi’s new house has a local touch because of the Hyderabadi Nizami motifs used across the house. Both the actors will be seen with real-life relations in the movie as well. They both were seen as uncle and nephew. But does Rajamouli require such a publicity gimmick it the question here? Rajamouli is a pan India director post-Baahubali and many top stars have shown interest to work with Rajamouli. He doesn’t need publicity in the name of actors from other languages as his name and content are enough for the publicity. Baahubali which was completely made with regional stars has gained immense craze at the time of release. Why Rajamouli this time, for RRR is going for such publicity is the question needs to be answered.

Ajay Devgan and Alia Bhatt have been roped in for RRR and they haven’t even joined the sets of RRR. Recently the production team announced that 70 percent of the shoot has been completed. With only 30 percent left and the two Bollywood stars have not even joined it is evident that they are part of the film for small roles. Then what is the need to rope in Bollywood top stars for such small roles? Even regional stars could fit in the bill. We have to wait and see the movie to know the answers. The team has already announced that RRR will release in 10 languages worldwide.

Sukumar not leaving Pujita Ponnada, ropes her in Allu Arjun film

Pujita Ponnada is popular for acting in few Telugu films Rangasthalam and Kalki. Though the actress is popular for sharing her bold pics on social media sites to date she did not get the chance to prove herself. Short films fame Pujita Ponnada is trying to make her presence felt and now according to the latest buzz in the film industry, Pujita Ponnada has been roped in an upcoming untitled film in which Stylish Star Allu Arjun and Kannada beauty Rashmika Mandanna will play the lead roles and the movie will be helmed by none other than Sukumar.

Earlier Sukumar and Pujita Ponnada have worked together for village-based drama Rangasthalam, where she essayed the role of a girl who falls in love with Mega Power Star Ram Charan’s brother, played by Aadi Pinishetty. And now once again Sukumar has roped Pujita Ponnada in his upcoming directorial venture starring Allu Arjun, to play the major role.

Reportedly Sukumar is said to have given another major role for Pujita Ponnada this time in his upcoming movie that features Allu Arjun and Karnataka Crush Rashmika Mandanna in the lead, which is set in Nallamala forests backdrop.

It is also being heard that Vijay Sethupathi has been finalized to play the antagonist in Allu Arjun’s upcoming film with Sukumar. Reportedly, the Rangasthalam director met the Tamil actor for a narration after which he was roped in to play the role.

Bankrolled by Mythri Movie Makers, the film is based on red sand smugglers set in the backdrop of Rayalaseema and Nellore.

Pujita Ponnada started her career as a software engineer working at Tata Consultancy Services in Chennai. She started her acting career with a short film ‘upma tinesindi’ along with her husband short film actor Arjun Kalyan. Pujita Ponnada has appeared in movies like Darshakudu, Rangasthalam in which she played an important role. Currently, Pujita Ponnada is busy in her ongoing project Miss India.
