Mass director VV Vinayak is all set to test his luck as an actor and he is making her debut in the Telugu film industry with an upcoming film, which has been titled Seenayya. The makers have roped Shriya Saran in this film to play the female lead. The regular shoot if expected to commence from next year. According to the latest buzz in the film industry, VV Vinayak and Shriya Saran starrer Seenayya are based on the rape victim and it is a revenge drama.
A series of rapes shattered the country and there are ongoing debates on this across India. VV Vinayak is said to have selected the burning issue- rape. The sources say that VV Vinayak starrer Seenayya is an out and out revenge drama in which he will be seen playing the role of a mechanic and takes revenge regarding a rape which his family member suffers. The film Seenayya is set in the late ’80s.
Narasimha Rao, the director of VV Vinayak starrer Seenayya, is adding commercial elements to the script. The source also revealed that a rape incident leaves Seenayya in shock and the rest of the film is all about how he plans revenge on the culprits.
The movie Seenayya will be directed by Narasimha Reo and is bankrolled by Dil Raju under the banner of Sri Venkateswara Creations are the producers whereas Mani Sharma will score the music. The makers are planning to release the film during Summer 2020.
N Narasimha Rao who has previously helmed the supernatural thriller ‘Sharabha’ in 2018, and now he is all set to direct the film of VV Vinayak starrer Seenayya. Vinayak has already achieved the right body shape for his age after working hard in the gym under a trainer.
