Samantha not interested to continue her acting career

Samantha is one of the popular and highest paid actresses of Telugu and Tamil film Industries. She has also acted in few woman centric movies. Oh Baby girl is enjoying a huge fan base across both Telugu States. Recently Samantha Akkineni signed a thriller film, which will be helmed by Game Over fame Saravanan.

Apart from this film, she is also the part of Vignesh Shivan’ directorial venture which also has Vijay Sethupathi and lady Supertsar Nayantara in the lead roles. According to the latest buzz in the film industry, Samantha Akkineni is not interested to continue her acting career. The reports are coming that she is planning to turn the producer.

The sources say that Samantha will star in a particular biopic or a commercial film, but she is not interested to continue her acting career for a longer time. She wants to turn producer now. Now we have to wait and see whether her production ventures will be produced under the banner of Annapurna Studios or she will launch her own production house.

Samantha was last seen playing the female lead in romantic and emotional drama Jaanu, which was a remake of Tamil super hit film 96. In this film, Majili girl shared the screen space with Sharwanand.

Rejected by Bigg Boss 4 Telugu: Not only N*ked girl, also Poonam Kaur

Akkineni Nagarjuna is making his come back as a host for the 4th season of controversial reality show Bigg Boss Telugu, which is expected to premiere in the last week of August. As per the latest reports, King Nagarjuna has shot for the promo of Bigg Boss Telugu 4 recently held in Annapurna Studios amidst very limited crew and controlled shooting environment.

Officer star Nagarjuna has apparently participated in a shoot for the first time in over four months ever since the lockdown. It was heard that few beauties like Poonam Kaur Lal, Swetha Basu Prasad and N*ked fame Sri Rapaka, have tried hard to get into the Bigg Boss 4 Telugu house, but the organizers have rejected them citing their controversial background.

The makers of Bigg Boss 4 Telugu are not happy with the controversial background of Poonam Kaur Lal, Swetha Basu Prasad and Sri Rapaka and they have decided to not go with them. Currently the team is working on finalizing the final list of contestants for the upcoming season.

Speculations are rife that the 4th edition of Bigg Boss Telugu will run for 10 weeks with no wildcard entrants. However, an official confirmation on this is expected in the upcoming promos of the reality show- Bigg Boss.

Jr NTR contacting Anasuya Bharadwaj?

Young Tiger Jr NTR is one of the most loved actors in Telugu Film Industry. He is not only a talented star but he is also a phenomenal dancer and singer. RRR helmer making Chitram 2 for OTT platform

Director Teja of Nene Raju Nene Mantri fame has decided to make Chitram 2, as sequel to Chitram which was released in 1988. The movie Chitram starred Uday Kiran and Reema Sen in the lead roles and it was a sensational hit in 2000. Chitram was produced by Ramoji Rao and it had the music composed by R.P. Patnaik. Now the reports are coming that the director Teja is conducting the audition digitally through Zoom calls, and will soon take the film Chitram 2 to sets. The major twist is that, Teja is said to be making this movie for OTT platform

On the otherside, Teja is also getting ready to helm two movies including Tollywood macho star Gopichand starrer Alamelu Manga Venkata Ramana and Rana Daggubati starrer Rakshasa Rajyamlo Ravanasurudu – RRR. But the sources say that he will first make Chitram 2.

Recently during an interview, RRR helmer Teja revealed that he planned for an online audition keeping in mind the safety of everyone during unprecedented times. Teja is casting about 50 actors to play pivotal roles in his Telugu films Rakshasa Raju Ravanasurudu and Alamelu Manga Venkata Ramana. Both the movies are on the pre-production stage.

Teja, who last helmed Kajal Aggarwal and Bellamkonda Srinivas starrer Sita, rose to fame with Nene Raju Nene Mantri starring Rana Daggubati, Kajal Aggarwal, and Catherine Tresa in the lead.

Chiranjeevi- Vinayak: Grey area of Lucifer remake now in discussion

Speculations are rife in the film industry that the much-hyped Lucifer remake either has been shelved or VV Vinayak is going to take over the project.The official sources have confirmed that Lucifer remake has not been shelved. It is known news that initially Chiranjeevi asked Sujeeth to change the script to suit his image.

But as Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy star Chiranjeevi is not impressed with the changes suggested by the director and he has lost interest in the project. His son Ram Charan is said to have convinced him that it is a good stylish film. Later Megastar called VV Vinayak. Currently, Chiranjeevi and VV Vinayak are discussing the grey areas in the original Malayalam film Lucifer that has to be improved and worked upon.

Very soon, VV Vinayak will be taking the film – Lucifer remake to floors, while he will work on the script for the now. It is also being heard that talented writer Sai Madhav Burra will write the intense dialogues for the film of Chiranjeevi, which will be bankrolled under the banner of Konidela production.

Star MAA has already confirmed that the controversial reality show Bigg Boss 4 Telugu is coming soon. According to reports, King Nagarjuna is expected to host season 4 as well. Rhea Chakraborty to be arrested today?

Sushanth Singh Rajput’ father KK Singh filed a case against actress Rhea Chakraborthy which shocked many in Bollywood. Mumbai police is already probing the death of Sushant Singh Rajput, and has questioned several Bollywood bigwigs including filmmakers Mahesh Bhatt and Sanjay Leela Bhansali. Rhea Chakraborty has also recorded her statement. KK Singh has lodged an FIR against actor Rhea Chakraborty, and six others, including her family members, for abetment to suicide. Cases were filed in various sections which are quite serious and it is being heard that Bihar Police have landed in Mumbai to arrest Rhea Chakraborty and they have sought permission for a lady cop from Mumbai police.

The talk is that the cops have been carrying out their secret investigation. However, it is for the first time after Sushant’ father KK Singh filed FIR against Rhea Chakraborty that they have come in the open. Rhea Chakraborty is likely to get arrested by the cops and taken to Bihar for further investigation.

Sushant Singh Rajput, 34, died at his home in suburban Bandra in Mumbai on 14th June. Several political leaders and film personalities have demanded a CBI probe into the actor’ death.

Mumbai police noticed that Rhea Chakraborty used the credit and debit card of the Kedarnath actor Sushant Singh Rajput. The Bihar police have also backed these claims.

On the occasion of Dulquer Salmaan’ birthday, Vyjayanthi Movies has announced their new project with the Malayalam star, which is titled Lieutenant. The upcoming film Lieutenant will be directed by Hanu Raghvapudi. Now according to the latest buss in the film industry, Dulquer Salmaan was not the first choice of Lieutenan. The director Hanu had first approached Natural Star Nani with the same script a few years back but the project never materialized and recently he narrated the same script with minor changes to Dulquer Salmaan The actor who was very impressed with the narration, gave his nod.

Lieutenant is the love story of an Indian Army Lieutenant named Ram, which will be bankrolled by Swapna and Priyanka Dutt whereas Vishal Chandrashekhar of Nani’s KVPG fame will score the music.

Yesterday the makers released a concept poster. In the poster, Dulquer Salmaan was seen as an army man in a silhouette image.

Nithiin and Shalini heading for honeymoon in Europe

On Sunday, the young actor Nithiin Reddy got married to his fiancee Shalini Kandukuri at Hyderabad’s Taj Faluknama Palace and photos from the couple’s wedding, shared by fan-clubs, have sent the Internet into a tizzy. Bheeshma actor Nithiin and Shalini got married in the presence of close family and friends. Boyapati keen to narrate script changes to Balayya

Boyapati Srinu has made ample changes to the script with which he is making Balakrishna’s film. The shooting of the film has completed a single schedule but just then due to lockdown that has to be halted. Now the conditions are not favoring for the shooting but Boyapati Srinu and the producers are contemplating to resume the shoot from September.

There is a slight problem in resuming the shoot. Boyapati Srinu has designed two different getups for Nandamuri Balakrishna, of which, one of them is that of Aghora. This getup episode is initially planned to be shot in Varanasi. Currently, it is highly impossible to shoot in Varanasi.

So, it is said that Boyapati Srinu has made ample changes to the script. He is going to narrate it to Nandamuri Balakrishna very soon. If Balayya is OK with the changes then the shoot will resume as per the new plan from September. We have to wait and see if Balayya will give a nod for the changes made.

Pushpa: Sensational decision by Sukumar

The fans and followers of Stylish Star Allu Arjun are eagerly awaiting the release of his upcoming movie Pushpa, which has Kannada beauty Rashmika Mandanna in the female lead role. Promising some never seen before action sequences and unique look of Allu Arjun, the makers have indeed raised the expectations of the people. In the month of April, Raghava Lawrence surprised everyone by making an announcement on his upcoming film, revealing that he will headline the cast of a sequel to Chandramukhi, the blockbuster hit starring Tamil Superstar Rajinikanth that released 15 years ago. Tentatively titled Chandramukhi 2, the film marks the return of P Vasu in the director’s seat in Tamil movies after his last release Shivalinga, which, coincidentally, starred Raghava Lawrence. The choreographer, director and actor Raghava Lawrence made a name for himself acting in a number of horror-comedies. Now according to the latest update, the makers are planning to rope Kiara Advani on the board to play the female lead in Chandramukhi 2.

Chandramukhi 2 is expected to go on floors in the next couple of months. Meanwhile, the latest buzz is that young starlet Kiara Advani is under consideration for the female lead’s role in the film of Raghava Lawrence.

Major bad news in store for RRR fans

SS Rajamouli’ upcoming magnum opus RRR is one of the most awaited movie of Indian Film industry which also has foreign actors in the crucial roles. Young Tiger Jr NTR and Mega Power Star Ram Charan are playing the lead roles whereas Alia Bhatt, Ajay Devgn and Shriya Saran will be seen in the crucial roles. The shooting of Rajamouli’ RRR has been put on hold from the last few months due to lockdown and coronavirus outbreak. The film unit planned a brief schedule last month but that later it was canceled seeing the rise in the COVID cases in the state.

The sources close to the makers revealed that the shooting of the film RRR is not going to start at least till the month of November as they are feeling that the vaccine will be out by that time and it will be the right time to shoot the film RRR then.

Sweetheart Keerthy Suresh attacked by wild dogs?

The national award winning actress Keerthy Suresh was last seen in a woman centric movie Penguin, which received decent response by the movie lovers and the critics on its opening day. In this film Penguin, Muthazhagan essayed the role of Mask man (Charlie Chaplin character). Recently Muthazhagan interacted with media and spoke about the movie and Keerthy Suresh.

The Young actor Muthazhagan said “It was an amazing experience for me, working with National award winning actress Keerthy Suresh in the movie Penguin. Keerthy is a sweetheart and is an amazing performer. Mahanati fame actress aced the scenes with ease.”

Muthazhagan also talked about the problem, they faced while filming for the movie. The Penguin actor said, “The shooting of Penguin was very hard. We faced a lot of hazards. The team of Penguin was attacked by Bulls and Wild dogs and we had a bees attack and over 100 bees stung me.”

He also opened up about his Charlie Chaplin look and said “It was very tough, sporting the Charlie Chaplin look. My mouth was stitched. The getup was imported from foreign.”

Balakrishna locks Hat trick combination!

If ongoing buzz in the media and film industry are to be believed, once again Nnadamuri Balakrishna is going to work with KS Ravikumar for an upcoming Telugu project. In past both have worked together for two movies and the latest news is that there are high chances for the combination to repeat for the third time.
