Transgender turns villain for Mega Hero?

Tamil superstar Vijay Sethupathi is making his Telugu debut with Megastar Chiranjeevi starrer upcoming big budget multistarrer Sye Raa Naraishma Reddy. Now according the latest update, Vijay Sethupathi has been approached to play villain in upcoming untitled film of Panja Vaishnav Tej (the brother of Sai Dharam Tej). Vijay Sethupathi was seen playing the role of transgender in recently released Tamil movie Super Deluxe. Now he will be seen playing villain in Panja Vaishnav Tej starrer.

If the buzz is to be believed, Vijay Sethupathi has been approached by Mythri Movie Makers for the film and he is likely to play the villain role in this rustic rural drama directed by Buchi Babu Sana. The story of the untitled film is provided by Sukumar and he is also co-producing the movie.

The versatile actor Vijay Sethupathi is impressed with his character in this film and he has given his verbal consent. However, he is yet to sign on the dotted line. If Vijay Sethupathi adjust dates for this upcoming film, then Panja Vaishnav Tej’ debut will get bigger as it would get grand release in TamilNadu too.

Earlier Manisha Raj, a NRI girl was on the board to play the female lead in Mega hero Vaishnav Tej starrer but now she is going to be replaced by another actress.

Vijay Sethupathi has essayed the role of a transgender Shilpa in the recently-released movie ‘Super Deluxe’, Ramya Krishnan as retired p*rn actress and Samantha as flawed woman who had her ex-boyfriend killed while having s*x. Now according to the latest updater, few transgenders have expressed disappointment over the representation of their gender in the film.

Transgender actress and social activist Revathi said, “Do we transgenders kidnap the kids for money? The way you showed that you are a married Transgender in Super Deluxe is not believable. We never expected that an actor who shows his affection in public functions towards Transgenders to shame us like this.”

On the occasion of Parbhas and Sharddha Kapoor’ birthday, the makers of Saaho released the Shades of Saaho Chapter 1 and Chapter 2, which went viral and gave a hint that the movie is stuffed with Hollywood standards. If ongoing buzz in media and film industry is to be believed, the makers are trying to rope Hollywood babe to shake a leg for an item number.

Akkineni Nagarjuna has already announced his next upcoming project Manmadhudu 2 in which Rakul Preet Singh will play the lead role. The movie has been already launched with formal pooja ceremony. Akkineni Naga Chaitanya and Amala Akkineni attended the event as chief guest. It is said to be a laugh riot which will also have romance and family sentiments. Regular shoot of the film has been already started . In the meanwhile, King Nagarjuna took to his Twitter to share a pic of entire team of Manmadhudu 2.
