Akhil Akkineni, the younger lad of King Nagarjuna, is currently busy in the shoot of his ongoing project, which is progressing at the brisk pace in the direction of Bommarillu Bhaskar. The film has DJ and Aravind Sametha Veera Raghava fame Pooja Hegde in the female lead role. This is the first time, Akhil is romancing with Pooja Hegde in a movie. Everyone is eager to know about the title of Akhil starrer. Though the makers of #Akhil4 have decided to reveal the title of Akhil and Pooja Hegde starrer on 4th February at 5:15 pm according to the latest buzz the makers have locked the title ‘Most Eligible Bachelor’.

The upcoming film of Akhil4 is being bankrolled by Bunny Vas and Vasu Varma whereas presented by Allu Aravind. Apparently, Akhil and Pooja Hegde starrer has been titled ‘Most Eligible Bachelor’. The sources say that the movie revolves around the hero’s romantic journey that ends with marriage.

Akhil Akkineni needs a hit movie at the box office as his first three films failed to set the cash registers ringing. He is pinning a lot of hopes on Most Eligible Bachelor. Akhil Akkineni made his first on-screen appearance by playing a cameo role in Manam, which was a huge commercial success at the box office. Later, he made his debut in Tollywood as a solo hero with the film Akhil, in 2015. He was last seen in Mr. Majnu, which had released in January 2019.

SS Rajamouli’ upcoming big-budget magnum opus RRR, starring Young Tiger Jr NTR and Ram Charan is being bankrolled by DVV under his banner DVV Entertainments on a budget of Rs 300 Cr. According to the latest buzz in the film industry, Rajamouli is planning to approach Superstar Mahesh Babu and Bollywood Megastar Amitabh Bachchan for his directorial venture RRR. The sources say that Rajamouli is planning to rope in Mahesh Babu to give voice-over for the Telugu version of RRR whereas Amitabh Bachchan gives voice-over to the Hindi version. Rajamouli is also planning to approach superstars to give voice-over for Tamil and Malayalam versions of RRR too.

Mega Power Star Ram Charan is playing Alluri Seetharamaraju and Jr NTR is playing the role of Komaram Bheem in this period drama RRR, which is set in the pre-independence era. While Tarak will be sporting a bulky look with a beard, Dhruva star Ram Charan will be seen with a completely different new hairstyle.

It is also being heard that SS Rajamouli is planning a special song for Alia Bhatt in the upcoming magnum opus RRR. Apparently Alia Bhatt’s role in the film RRR is very limited as a result of which the makers are contemplating including a special song that will feature her. Ajay Devgn has already wrapped up the shoot of his part.

Pic Talk: Nikhil Gets Engaged To Varma

Young hero Nikhil who is basking in the success of his previous film Arjun Suravaram got engaged to a Bhimavaram girl Dr Pallavi Varma in a formal family function that was held in Goa on February 1st.

Nikhil proposed to Dr Pallavi and got acceptance from her family members as well. The couple will be trying the knot on April 16th this year.

Nikhil is presently starring in sequel to Karthikeya titled Karthikeya 2 under the direction of Chandoo Mondeti. He has also lined up few other interesting projects.

It is known news that yesterday the production house Mythri Movie Makers made the official announcement about their next project which has Pawan Kalyan in the lead role in the direction of Harish Shankar. Neither the producer Dil Raju nor AM Ratnam made an official announcement regarding #PSPK26 and #PSPK27 respectively. Now it is being heard that Harish Shankar is planning to rope either Shruti Haasan or Pooja Hegde in this film of Pawan Kalyan.

The pre-production works of this project of Pawan Kalyan are going on at a rapid pace. The sources revealed that  Harish Shankar is considering the name of Shurti Haasan and Pooja Hegde to play the female lead in Pawan Kalyan starrer.

On the other hand, Power Star Pawan Kalyan has already started shooting for the Telugu remake of Bollywood flick Pink which has Anjali and Nivetha Thomas. Along with this film, Pawan Kalyan has also been part of an upcoming project under the direction of Krish.

 On the work front, Shruti Haasan is currently romancing with Ravi  Teja in an upcoming film Krack and Pooja Hegde are sharing the screen space with Prabhas in Radha Krishna Kumar’ directorial venture  Jaan.

Jaanu starring Sharwanand and Samantha Akkineni is one of the most hyped movie of Telugu Film Industry.  It is a remake of the popular Tamil film 96 that featured Vijay Sethupathi and Trisha Krishnan in the original cast.  Jaanu’ has Sharwanand and Samantha Akkineni playing as lovers.  The romantic film Jaanu is directed by  Prem Kumar and is bankrolled by Dil Raju. Yesterday the makers of Jaanu organized the pre release event of the film. On this occasion, Sharwanand said, “ Samantha is a dangerous candidate.”

Sharwanand added that while acting with few actresses such as Sai Pallavi and Samantha Akkineni, we need to be alert because these try to dominate in the movie.

 Sharwanand further said, “Samantha is one of the finest actresses of South Film Industry. I couldn’t have done the movie without her.”

 On the other side, Samantha said, “I thank Sharwanand for being my Ram. I give all the credit of my performance to Sharwa.”

According to Sharwanand, he has witnessed her great performance on the sets live.  Recently during an interview, Sharwa said about Samantha, “I have seen her performances on screen and now working with her I have come to understand what a performer she is.”

  The makers of Jaanu have already unveiled the trailer and teaser of the film, in which the chemistry between these experienced stars, looked absorbing.

Helmed on a shoe-string budget, the original version of Trisha and Vijay Sethupathi’ 96 opened to fabulous response from all quarters and enjoyed a glorious run at the ticket counters.

 Mahesh Babu who is currently in New York and is enjoying the vacation with wife Namrata and kids- Gautham, Sitara, will return to India on 2nd February.
