Dil Raju wants to re-evaluate RRR deal?

SS Rajamouli’ directorial venture RRR is one of the much awaited movie of Film industry, which is slated to hit the theaters on 8th January 2021 in 10 languages. RRR, which is being bankrolled by DVV Danayya, is bringing two top stars of Tollywood- Ram Charan and Jr NTR together on the screen. We have already reported that noted producer and distributor Dil Raju bought the rights of RRR in the Nizam area for a whopping Rs 75 Cr, which is a record for a Telugu movie in the area.

This year, two movies – Ala Vaikunthapurramloo and Sarileru Neekevvaru were released during Sankranthi season and both did huge business, especially in the Nizam area where the theatre rights were also bagged by Dil Raju.

Producer and distributor Dil Raju was satisfied and thought that Jr NTR and Ram Charan’ film RRR is not a risk even at this price after the looking at the revenue generated during this Sankranthi season. However, the things have taken a drastic turn with the ongoing Coronavirus crisis that will affect business of the movies for many months. Now the reports are coming that Dil Raju wants to re-evaluate RRR deal so that it wouldn’t be a burden for both the parties.

The sources say that Dil Raju is planning to meet producer DVV Danayya and he is also ready to let go off RRR if the producer doesn’t agree for a re-evaluation.

Top actress targets negative role: KGF 2

Rocky Bhai aka Yash is working for upcoming big budget project KGF:Chapter 2, which is being helmed by Prashanth Neel. According to the latest update Bollywood beauty Raveena Tandon is playing the role with negative shades in Yash starrer ‘KGF: Chapter 2’. Mohra girl has now officially confirmed the same in her latest Instagram Live interaction with herfans.

As ‘KGF Chapter 1’ was a huge blockbuster in all languages across India, now everyone is eagerly waiting for the release of KGF:Chapter 2 which also has Sanjay Dutt in the crucial role. Now, KGF: Chapter 1 sequel is being made on a large scale with Sanjay Dutt and Raveena Tandon joining the cast.

Raveena Tandon revealed that she has wrapped up shooting for KGF: Chapter 2. About her role Dilwale actress said, “Shooting for Yash film KGF Chapter 2 was a pleasure. My role is very different in this film as it has got shades of grey. There is a lot of suspense.”

In KGF Chapter 2, Yash will be seen doing some high-intensity action scenes and stunts. Sanjay Dutt is playing the antagonist. The makers have already released the first look poster of Sanjay Dutt from the film, which had generated a lot of curiosity. The film KGF 2 also has Srinidhi Shetty, as the female lead.

Jr NTR Peda Nanna entering RRR

Young Tiger Jr NTR is working with Mega Power Star Ram Charan in upcoming much hyped big budget project RRR, which is being helmed by SS Rajamouli of Magadhera and Baahubali fame. Recently there was a strong buzz in the film industry that Tamil star Vijay will be seen playing cameo in RRR but there is no any update regarding his inclusion. Now her comes a rumor again about another interesting cameo. The latest rumor is that Malayalam Megastar Mohan Lal is also entering the project- RRR.

It is known news that in past, Jr NTR and Mohanlal have worked together for Koratala Siva’ directorial venture Janatha Garage when he essayed the role of Jr NTR’s Peda Nanna. Now once again, both the stars are teaming up for Rajamouli’ directorial venture RRR, which is being bankrolled by DVV Danayya.

If Master star Vijay in Tamil version and Mohanlal in Malayalam version along with Ajay Devgan in Hindi, surely RRR will be a money spinner at the box office.

Mohanlal made his debut in Tollywood with Gandeevam in 1994, where he played the cameo. Currently he is busy in upcoming movies- Marakkar: Arabikadalinte Simham and Ram, which are in different production stages.

Story line of Sai Tej’s next revealed

Young mega hero Sai Tej has bounced back strong last year after delivering continuous six flops. Last year releases Chitralahari and Pratiroju Pandage gave him sigh of relief and his market back as well. With full on confidence Sai Tej has been doing an youthful romantic entertainer Solo Bratuke So Betteru. Shooting of this film is going on smoothly. The film is scheduled for release on May 1st. But due to corona virus scare all the shootings and plans of releases got altered. As of now there is no clear picture on when shootings will start again.

Apart from this movie, Sai Tej has recently agreed for another movie. He has given his nod for talented and critically acclaimed director Deva Katta. This project is said to be a socio political drama. The movie got launched last month and shooting is scheduled to start from June.

Close sources reveal that Deva Katta has come up with an interesting political drama with many twists. Sai Tej will be seen as medico in the movie and how this medico will revolt against state’s Chief Minister forms the crux of story. Ramya Krishna might be seen as Chief Minister. She is yet to sign the dotted line.

Mahesh interested in BAN girl?

Super Star Mahesh Babu this year has scored super duper hit with Sarileru Neekevvaru. The film has done great business in both the Telugu States and added hat-trick in Mahesh’s career. Super Star has taken break after the release of this movie. While he is set to announce his next film, corona virus scare put a break on that. Though Vamsi Paidipally was initially considered for Mahesh‘s next there was a change in plan. Geetha Govindam fame Parasuram entered the scene. He is going to helm Mahesh’s next.

Parasuram has now got more time than anticipated in finalizing cast and crew. Initially Keerthy Suresh was considered for the female lead role but the feedback they got from the leak is not so encouraging. So they have changed their minds it seems.

While the team is in search for another female lead, Mahesh Babu has proposed a heroine’s name. Kiara Advani who debuted in Telugu with the movie Bharat Ane Nenu opposite Mahesh might feature in this movie too. With Mahesh’s proposal, Parasuram and Co are considering it and taking it forward.

But now Kiara Advani is too busy to return to Tollywood. She is already doing handful of projects in Bollywood. But as Mahesh is asking will Kiara consider it?

Devi to compose for Pawan Kalyan film?

Devi Sri Prasad lost his touch and many are waiting for his comeback badly. We have seen many chart busters from Pawan Kalyan in the past. But now his songs are receiving criticism. Though he is scoring good tunes, they are not in the range he set so high. On the other hand, Thaman has risen from ashes. All his recent albums are super duper hits. Mani Sharma too came back to form and is grabbing some important projects. This has resulted in Devi losing opportunities.

Sources say that this fan made poster has made Bunny to think about surprise for his fans. So he asked his team to come up with a sketch poster from his next movie.

If this is not possible then there will be some update about his next. We have to wait and see what it will be. Rashmika Mandanna is going to play the female lead in this movie while Devi Sri Prasad will compose music. Mythri Movie Makers will produce this project. Makers are thinking to start regular shoot from April end.
