1st State In India To Allow Post Production Works

Kerala is the first state in India to allow post production works of films and TV serials such as editing, dubbing, re-recoding and mixing in green zones from May 4th. The government made announcement on the same just a while ago.

However, it comes with strict rules like studios have to be sanitized every day before beginning of the work, only five people will be allowed and they have to wear masks throughout the period.

\r\n

As of today, Kerala has total coronavirus positive cases of 500 with 2 new cases today. While 8 people have been recovered, taking the total recoveries in the state to 400. Active cases in Kerala are less than 100 (96) now which is a positive sign.

\r\n

Coming to Tollywood, the industry may not witness any relaxations at least until the end of this month, given Hyderabad where most of the studios are located is under red zone.

It is recently confirmed by director Parasuram that he is going to direct Super Star Mahesh Babu’s next film. That has ended up a lot of speculations and suspense. There are a couple of director’s names that have done rounds post the success of Sarileru Neekevvaru but nothing is officially announced. Now in the lock down period, Parasuram announced in a interview that he has got the chance to direct Mahesh.

It is his dream to do a movie with Super Star. Now with director of Mahesh is confirmed, a lots of new speculations have started making rounds. It is said that heroine of the film is confirmed and a couple of names are being circulated as heroine of the movie. The name which was circulated mostly is Priya Prakash Varrier, who became a sensation with a single wink in a Malayalam film. However the actress lost her craze with time. She is now looking for offers.

With Priya Varrier name made the headlines, Mahesh fans started to worry but the director has made it official that no heroine is confirmed for the project and the decision will only made post lock down. Until then only script is locked revealed the director.

Koratala to hold talks with Rajamouli post lock down

Koratala Shiva after a wait of nearly 2 years is now making Acharya with Mega Star Chiranjeevi in lead role. Shooting of the film after many delays at last has started and have completed a couple of schedules. Koratala Shiva has recently revealed that around 40 percent of the shoot is completed and lock down has forced movie shooting to a halt.

It is known that Mega Power Star Ram Charan will be playing a special role in the movie. Koratala Shiva during the shooting of Acharya has requested Rajamouli to give Charan’s dates for a month and Jakkanna obliged their request. But with the shootings not happening and has no idea when they things will come to normal state, there needs to be reshuffling of actor’s dates.

Koratala Shiva is now wondering when Ram Charan will give dates to Acharya. For this he is going to meet Rajamouli personally and sort out the issue. Ram Charan needs to shot some key scenes for RRR. It is known that he is playing the role of Alluri Seeta Rama Raju. Koratala Shiva on the other hand too wants to complete Charan episode first for Acharya.

Mega power star Ram Charan has been keeping himself busy during the lockdown by learning cooking. Yesterday, mega power star Ram Charan posted a video of learning the art of making butter from his mother Surekha and grandmother Anjana Devi. “Learning to make fresh butter before buttering them #GrandmaRecipes #MomBoss,” tweeted Ram Charan.

Megastar Chiranjeevi gave funny counter to Charan. He said Charan’s position will never become better at his mom Anjana Devi. “మై డియర్ బచ్చా ...మా అమ్మ దగ్గర నీ ‘బట్టర్ ‘ ఉడకదురా. ఫస్ట్  ప్లేస్ ఎప్పుడు నాదే. How much ever you BUTTER, your position will not become BETTER. But ... ...అదే guarantee నాకు మీ అమ్మ దగ్గర లేదనుకో,” tweeted Chianjeevi who has been very active on social media ever since his inception.

Both Chiranjeevi and his son Ram Charan took up Be The Real Man Challenge threw at them by Rajamouli and NTR respectively. Chiru was seen making pesarattu for his mom in the video. On the film front, while Chiranjeevi is doing Acharya with Koratala Siva, Ram Charan is starring in the multi-starrer RRR.

 Apart from Vakeel Saab,  Pawan Kalyan is also working with National award winning director Krish for periodic film which is tentatively titled Virupaksha.  Power Star has also teamed up with Harish Shankar for his 28th film. Meanwhile, recently there was a strong buzz in the film industry that  Pawan Kalyan’ 29th film will be with Kishore Kumar Pardasani.

The reports are coming that Power Star has zeroed in on Kishore Pardhasani for his 29th film. Kishore Kumar Pardasani is said to have started  the script work already. In the past, Gabbar Singh star and Kishore Kumar Pardasani had worked together on Gopala Gopala and Katamarayudu. Let’s wait for an official announcement regarding their hat-trick movie.

According to the latest buzz in the film industry, Young Tiger Jr NTR is going to work under the direction of none other than period films specialist Sanjay Leela Bhansali who is popular for making Bajirao Mastani, Padmavaat and Devdas.

The upcoming film of Jr NTR starrer  is said to be a period that has Bollywood hero Ranveer Singh in a negative shaded role.  Now we have to wait and see whether these reports come true or not.

The sources say that  Sanjay Leela Bhansali’ film Gangubai Kathiawadi set is one of the biggest, most detailed and expensive sets ever created for a film. He is playing the start the shoot after the lockdown.
