The controversial filmmaker Ram Gopal Varma aka RGV knows how to stay in limelight. The filmmaker is also popular for making fun of the top celebrities. He never fails to surprise us with his professional commitments and controversial comments. His previous offering was Lakshmi’ NTR by which he targets the Nandamuri family. Now it seems he is going to target Mega Family. Ram Gopal Varma aka RGV has made an official announcement regarding his next upcoming flick, which is titled, Mega family.

On Monday, Ram Gopal Varma made the official announcement that after the release of Kamma Rajyamlo Kadapa Reddlu, his next directorial venture is Mega Family. Now we have to wait and see who is RGV’s new target. On several occasions, Ram Gopal Varma has made comments on Jana Sena Chief and actor Power Star Pawan Kalyan, Naga Babu and Megastar Chiranjeevi.

He has created a sensation in the Telugu states with ‘Lakshmi’s NTR’, a biopic that showcased the tragic events towards the end of late Chief Minister Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao’ life.
Ram Gopal Varma aka RGV has already announced several films like Sasikala biopic, Sridevi, Kadapa, Guns & Thighs, Tiger and Nuclear. However, none of them went on floors and we have to see whether this project Mega Family will materialize or not.

Earlier when the makers of Khaidi No 150 released the poster, Ram Gopal Varma lashed out at Chiranjeevi for a highly narcissistic film poster. The filmmaker has said,” Madame Tussaud will throw half her museum out for this. I want to touch the feet of designer and director and who convinced megastar Chiranjeevi.”

Ram Gopal Varma has also accepted in front of media and he was the one who provoked Sri Reddy to abuse Pawan Kalyan publicly. Earlier he has called Naga Babu an “incompetent” brother who was born to “balance” out the greatness of Chiranjeevi, Pawan Kalyan and others.

Syeraa Narasimhareddy into foreign Languages!

Megastar Chiranjeevi big-budgeted extravaganza Syeraa Narasimha reddy has turned out to be a decent fare in Telugu languages. The film although has been hit badly by the Hrithik Roshan starter War in Bollywood. Syeraa couldn’t withstand the latest Bollywood blockbuster and highest grosser in 2019. Another reason for Syeraa failing big time at the Hindi box office is lack of promotions. The film hasn’t been promoted on a large scale. On the other hand, Prabhas has reaped fruits by vigorously promoting his latest action flick Saaho. There is a Baahubali craze that has accounted for Saaho in the Hindi market. Not just Bollywood, Syeraa has turned out to be a loss venture in other languages too other than Telugu. In overseas, Syeraa was left with slight losses although the film has collected more than 2.6 million dollars. Now that, a full run of Megastar’s periodic drama is approaching producer Ram Charan is looking for other means of revenue. In the latest interview, however, Ram Charan said that he is extremely satisfied with the box office performance of Syeraa and he also stated that Syeraa has collected close to 275 crores.

Now, the latest information regarding the film is that Syeraa is going to be dubbed into foreign languages. Syeraa Narasimhareddy is going to be released in a large number of screens in Japan and China. Already dubbing works and subtitling of the film are underway. The official release date regarding the film will be out very soon. Will the film which has world-class taking, superb war sequences and extraordinary story emulate the success Telugu version did? Or will it be another failure? Well, only time will answer this question better.

Prabhas is back with Mirchi Combo

Young Rebel star Prabhas recently flew to London for the screening of his historic and war drama Baahubali and finally, he has come back to the city and is busy in the finalization of upcoming projects. According to the latest buzz, Prabhas is planning to make his come back with Koratala Siva in the film industry. It means Mirchi combo is on the card.

On the occasion of Diwali, Prabhas met his Mirchi director Koratala Siva and discussed the possibility of an upcoming project. Everyone is aware of that Koratala Siva is currently busy in the pre-production work of his next upcoming directorial venture, in which Megastar Chiranjeevi will play the lead role, which will be released on the occasion of Dussehra 2020.

Prabhas is also getting ready to start the shoot of his romantic drama Jaan in which he will be seen essaying the role of palm reader and the film will be released during the second half of 2020.

The sources say that Prabhas and Koratala Siva discussed the possibilities of working together. Very soon Koratala Siva will narrate a script to Prabhas and if everything will go accordingly, the upcoming project will be bankrolled by Mythri Movie Makers and Koratala Siva’s close friend Sudhakar Mikkilineni will co-produce this upcoming film starring Prabhas.

Mirchi was an action drama, written and directed by Koratala Siva and produced by Pramod Uppalapati and V. Vamsi Krishna Reddy under UV Creations banner, which was released in 2013. The film had Prabhas, Anushka Shetty, and Richa Gangopadhyay in the lead roles whereas Sathyaraj, Nadhiya, Adithya Menon, Sampath Raj, and Brahmanandam in pivotal roles.

Prabhas was last seen in action thriller Saaho, directed by Sujeeth and is bankrolled by UV Creations. The movie was released on 15th August 2019 and received a mixed response by the movie lovers and critics.

Pawan Kalyan film is folk & periodic

Power Star Pawan Kalyan is making his comeback in Telugu Film Industry with an upcoming film. It is being heard that Pawan Kalyan has teamed up with National award-winning director Krish for a project and he is penning a script of periodic drama and the upcoming film has a folk genre in which Power Star Pawan Kalyan will play the lead role.

The sources close to the film unit revealed that Pawan Kalyan’s film will be in a folk genre and is a period drama with a lot of action.

Pawan Kalyan’s last venture, Agnyaathavasi, directed by Trivikram Srinivas in which Keerthy Suresh played the female lead, was a disaster at the Telugu box-office. Sources say that the Attarintiki Daredi actor Pawan Kalyan has listened to many scripts, but would like the directors to have a bound script before he signs the dotted line.

Along with commercial elements, Pawan Kalyan’s film will have strong social messages. Krish penned the script, which is based on a real-life incident. Pawan Kalyan starrer film will have a folk backdrop. Gabbar Singh star never did this genre and the film will surely be a new attempt for the actor turned politician. Currently, Krish is giving final touches for the script and his directorial venture will have enough scope of heroism.

After the disastrous results of Nandamuri Balakrishna and Vidya Balan starrer NTR Kathanayakudu and NTR Mahanayakudu, Krish’s career saw a huge setback. Since then he was struggling to convince Telugu big stars for his next film. This upcoming film of Pawan Kalyan and Krish will be a completely unique film.
Pawan Kalyan has not made any official announcement about his comeback in Tollywood yet. But lending voice for his brother Chiranjeevi starrer Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy is the hint that he’s ready to be back in Tollywood.
