Naga Shaurya, Avasarala Srinivas film shelved?

Naga Shaurya has been facing tough times with his career. His recent films bombed at the box office. Naga Shaurya has pinned high hopes on his last release Aswathama for which he has written a story and involved in the production as well. The actor believed that this movie will bring him the much-needed hit but it turned otherwise. Aswathama though has raked in decent reviews failed to convert into collections. The movie has failed to recover the investments. With another flop, Naga Shaurya’s career is definitely in a slump.

Now add another problem to it. His latest film in making in the direction of Avasarala Srinivas is shelved, or at least the reports say so. The buzz is that the film which is titled Falana Abbayi Falana Ammayi has to be shot in abroad but it hasn’t been starting. Overshoot budget is said to be the main reason and Naga Shaurya’s market too added fire to it.

So makers of the film are thinking to scrap it. However, an official confirmation is awaited. Naga Shaurya and Avasarala Srinivas share great rapport with each other. It was Srinivas Avasarala who gave Naga Shaurya a career with two hits Oohalu Gusagusalaade and Jyo Achyutananda.

Ram Charan agrees to work with Vikram

Mega Power Star Ram Charan is all set to join the hands with director Vikram Kumar for his next film. The sources say that recently Vikram K Kumar met with Ram Charan and impressed him with a narration. Ram Charan asked the director to come with the full script. Meanwhile, the reports are also coming that Ram Charan will be acting in his father Chiranjeevi’s 152nd film which is progressing at the brisk pace in the direction of Koratala Siva, who is popular for delivering social message oriented dramas. Many are also saying that Trivikram Srinivas has also expressed his desire to work with Ram Charan.

The creative and talented filmmaker Vikram K Kumar is popular for directing Akkineni family drama Manam became he became fail to impress the movie lovers with his previous offering Gang Leader in which Nani and Priyanka Arul Mohan essayed the lead roles. The film Gang Leader was bombed at the box office.

On the other side, Ram Charan is currently working with SS Rajamouli for RRR, which is being bankrolled by DVV Danayya under the banner of DVV Entertainment and will hit the theaters on January 8th, 2021 in multiple languages. RRR also has Jr NTR, Alia Bhatt, Irish actors Alison Doody and Ray Stevenson. If everything will go accordingly, the upcoming project of Vikram Kumar and Ram Charan will go on the floor once Mega Power Star wraps up RRR.

Tabu quoting Rs 1 Cr for Nithiin film?

After a long gap, Tabu made her comeback in the Telugu film industry with recently released romantic and family drama Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo starring Stylish Star Allu Arjun and Pooja Hegde, which has emerged as a blockbuster at the box office. It is known news that Nithiin will be seen in the upcoming Telugu film, which is a remake of Bollywood blockbuster movie Andhadhun. The remake has been launched yesterday with a pooja ceremony and now everyone is eager to know that who is going to play the role of Tabu in this film.

Andhadhun featured Ayushman Khurrana as a hero who has Tabu in the role of a villain. According to the latest buzz in the film industry, the makers of Andhadhun remake contacted Tabu to act in its Telugu version but the actress is said to have quoted nearly Rs 1 crore as her remuneration to star in the Telugu version. Now we have to wait and see whether Tabu will be the part of Nithiin starrer or the makers will bring another actress.

On the work front, Tabu is currently busy in her upcoming Hindi film Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 which has Kartik Aaryan in the lead role.

Nithiin starrer Andhadhun remake will be directed by Venkatadri Express fame Merlapaka Gandhi. On the other side, Nithiin is enjoying the success of his recent offering Bheeshma.

It is known news that Karan Johar is bankrolling the Hindi version of Vijay Deverakonda starrer Fighter whereas its Telugu version is jointly being bankrolled by Puri Jagannadh and Charmee Kaur. The sources say that Karan Johar has put few conditions to the young actor Vijay Deverakonda. Vijay Deverakonda can’t sign any new project before the release of a fighter. Karan Johan wants Vijay Deverakonda to stay focused on Fighter and he doesn’t want Vijay to sign any other movie.

As Vijay Deverakonda has delivered back to back commercially flop movies such as Dear Comrade and World Famous Lover, Karan Johar is taking special care regarding this upcoming bilingual movie Fighter which has Ananya Pandey in the female lead.

Vijay Deverakonda is essaying a fighter with a stutter. Arjun Reddy star underwent mixed martial arts classes in Thailand in preparation for his character. Apart from the lead pair, ‘Fighter’ also stars Ronit Roy and Ramya Krishnan in the crucial roles.
