On the occasion of Valentine day, director Vignesh Shivan surprised the movie lovers by revealing the title of his fourth feature film, Kaathuvaakula Rendu Kaadhal in which Samantha Akkineni and lady superstar Nayantara will play the female leads. The project Kaathuvaakula Rendu Kaadhal will go on floors by this year-end. Now according to the latest buzz in the film industry, Samantha Akkineni has decided to slash her remuneration for this upcoming film Kaathuvaakula Rendu Kaadhal.

The Chennai media is filled with news that Samantha Akkineni has lowered her remuneration to be a part of Vignesh Shivan’ directorial venture. It is being heard that as Samantha is very impressed with her character but as the budget was less, Oh Baby girl decided to cut down her remuneration and came on board.

Kaathuvaakula Rendu Kaadhal  has Vijay Sethupathi in the lead role. It is a romantic comedy playing on a triangular love story angle between its lead actors. Samantha, Nayantara and Vijay Sethupathi starrer has the music by Anirudh Ravichander and it is bankrolled by Seven Screen Studio and Rowdy Pictures.  Interestingly, Vignesh Shivan, Nayantara, Vijay Sethupathi and Anirudh  Ravichander have collaborated earlier for Naanum Rowdy Thaan.

 Meanwhile Samantha will be seen playing the negative role in web series The Family Man 2.

It is known news that Adivi Sesh is currently working for upcoming film Major, which is being helmed by Unni Krishnan and is being bankrolled by Superstar Mahesh Babu’ GMB cinemas. Now according to the latest update, Renu Desai, the ex-wife of Jana Sena Chief and actor Power Star Pawan Kalyan, has been approached to play the crucial role in Mahesh Babu’ production venture Major.

The makers are now in talks with Renu Desai to play a key role in Adivi Sesh starrer. The film Major  is already halfway through and Renu Desai’ role is said to be quite a small yet powerful one in the film Major.

Adivi Sesh starrer Major is based on Unni Krishnan, who rescued hostages during the 26/11 terror attack on the Taj Hotel in Mumbai. The movie is being helmed by Sasi Kiran Tikka in both Hindi and Telugu and is being produced by Mahesh Babu and Sony Pictures Entertainment. Sobhita Dhulipala is playing the female lead in this film Major.

Natural Star Nani, who is waiting for the release of Mohan Krishna Indraganti’ directorial venture V, is also the pat of Telugu movie Shyam Singha Roy, which has become the talk of town. We have already reported that Kannada beauty Rashmika Mandanna has declined the offer to star in the upcoming film, Shyam Singha Roy. Geetha Govindam actress was offered to play one of the female leads but she declined the film, due to Sai Pallavi’s casting as one of the female leads.  Fidaa girl Sai Pallavi has almost been confirmed to play one of the female leads in Nani’ film. Now according to the latest buzz in the film industry, the makers are planning to rope Malavika Mohanan of  Master fame and Goodachari girl Shobhita Dhoolipala in Nani starrer Shyam Singha Roy to play the female lead roles.

Shyam Singha Roy is a high budget film and is touted as a period drama. Nani starrer will feature three heroines.  The sources close to the makers revealed that the makers of Shyam Sigha Roy are  considering Malavika Mohanan and Shobhita Dhoolipala for the other two leading ladies roles.

If everything will go accordingly, Malavika Mohanan  and Shobhita Dhoolipala will be seen sharing the screen space with Nani in this film. Let’s wait for an official announcement from Sithara Entertainments regarding the inclusion of Mumbai beauties.

According to the latest buzz in the film industry, the young actor Sharwanand is going to work with Mahesh Babu. Apparently, Mahesh Babu is said to be considering hero Sharwanand for his next home production. If everything will go accordingly, an official announcement is expected in a few weeks time.

Currently Mahesh Babu is producing a patriotic drama, Major, in which Kashanam fame Adivi Sesh is playing the lead role. The film Major is based on the life of 26/11 Mumbai attacks hero Major Sandeep Unnikrishnan, and is being bankrolled by Mahesh Babu Entertainment in association with Sony Pictures Productions. The deal marks Sony Pictures’ entry into Tollywood as well as GMB’s entry into Hindi cinema. And now Mahesh Babu is planning to produce yet another movie under the banner of his GMB Productions and is considering the name of Sreekaram actor.

On the work front, Mahesh Babu is working with Parasuram for upcoming movie Sarkaru Vaari Pata which has National award winning actress Keerthy Suresh in the female lead.  Sharwanand has two projects – Sreekaram and a Tamil-Telugu bilingual film. Sharwa starrer Sreekaram is directed   by Kishore Reddy and jointly produced by Ram Achanta and Gopichand Achanta on 14 Reels Plus banner. The movie has  Priyanka Arul Mohan in the female lead role.

It is already revealed that MM Keeravani is composing music for this project and it will be the first time that Pawan and Keeravani are working together. Latest and surprising update about this project is that there will be only 2 songs in the movie. It is also said that both the songs will come as background ones and story will happen in these songs as well.
