Maverick director Ram Gopal Varma’s Lakshmi's NTR, his version of NTR Biopic, is finally set to hit the screens in Andhra Pradesh on May 31st. The director has now announced to hold a press meet at NTR Circle in Pipula Road Vijayawada on 26th of this month. He candidly welcomes NTR true fans to attend the event.
Apparently, RGV is having his last laugh in his fight with Andhra Pradesh Ex Chief Minister N Chandra Babu Naidu over the release of Lakshmi’s NTR in the state. The film’s release was postponed several times earlier as TDP opposed its release claiming it would affect the voters. The film’s press meet at the same venue was also cancelled and was forced to return to Hyderabad by the police.
Challenging CBN, RGV stated, “Ekkadayithe Ex CM Nannu Arrest Cheyinchi Vijayawada Nunchi Vellagottaro Ade Pipula Road Lo NTR Circle Daggara Yellundi Adivaram 4 Gantalaku Press Meet Pettabothunnam. Basthi Me Savaal. NTR Nijamaina Abhimanulaki, Ide Maa Ahwaanam… Jai Jagan.”
Announcing the release date another time, RGV further said, “I am taking my revenge by finally telling his truth on May 31st. #LakshmisNTR.”
