Tamil star Karthi is riding high with the overpowering response for his recent outing Khaidi (Kaithi in Tamil). The film directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj is close o breakeven mark in Telugu and it is turning out to be a super hit in Tamil and other languages as well.
It is known that, Khaidi will have a sequel and shoot for the same will take place soon. Unlike the first part, the sequel will be set in day backdrop. It is heard that, entire shoot will be wrapped up in just 30 days. It is known that, Karthi shot his part of work in just 36 days for the original which is lowest in his career and now he is set to break his own record with the sequel.
The sequel of Khaidi will obviously portray the back story of Karthi- what led him to go to jail. As per reports, the sequel will have heroine. Let’s see whether the sequel will become a super hit like the first part.
