Daring and dashing director Puri Jagannath has made Bangkok very famous in Tollywood. It is promoted well that Puri flews to Bangkok to script his movie, come back to Hyderabad and again flew back to Bangkok to shoot scenes of the project which he scripted for. But with time, things started to change and Puri got stuck with multiple failures. There is even a time where almost everyone struck him off. Many openly stated that Puris time is over as a director. But then, he roared back in style and scored a resounding hit shutting the mouths of critics who haven’t given him a chance.
For Ismart Shankar, Puri Jagannath changed Bangkok. He went to Goa for scripting Ismart Shankar. He even shot songs in Goa and Maldives but not touched Bangkok. Puri is afraid to go to Bangkok as it only reminds him of the unsuccessful past. So, Puri is giving preference to Goa at the moment. For his next movie where he will direct Vijay Deverakonda, Puri Jagannath has completed the script in Goa. Titled, Fighter the movie will hit floors in January. Now, Puri Jagannath has taken music director Manisharma to Goa for music sittings of Fighter. Manisharma gave magical tunes for Ismart Shankar. Almost half the credit for Ismart Shankar’s success goes to Manisharma. It is his foot-tapping numbers and riveting background music which made the audience glued to screens. So, Puri is once again trusting Manisharma.
After completing music sittings, dialogue discussion will happen between Puri Jagannath and Vijay Deverakonda which will happen in Goa. The shooting of Fighter will also kickstart in Goa. Apart from this pre-production works, Puri Jagannath is producing his son’s flick Romantic. The shooting of this film is currently going underway in South Goa. So, likewise Bangkok, Puri Jagannath is now sticking to Goa for everything.
