Finally Akkineni Nagarjuna has decided to start the shoot of his dream project Bangarraju. Nagarjuna is delaying his dream project Bangarraju from a long time for unknown reasons but now it is being heard that the movie will go on the floor in the month of April. Nagarjuna starrer Bangarraju is bringing Samantha and Naga Chaitanya together on the screen once again.
The sources say that Nagarjuna is said to have asked his Soggade Chinni Nayana director Kalyan Krishna to add the role of Naga Chaitanya to the movie. It has also come out that Samantha may join the cast of Bangarraju too.
Meanwhile Nagarjuna is currently working with Solomon for an upcoming thriller drama Wild Dog. Once Nagarjuna wraps up his Wild Dog shoot and Naga Chaitanya completes Sekhar Kammula’ directorial venture Love Story, this film Bangarraju might go to sets.
The sources say that Kalyan Krishna has already started to work on this film. The film Bangarraju will the father and son duo in the lead roles, their second film together following the 2014 release Akkineni drama Manam which also starred Samantha Akkineni.
Bangarraju is a sequel to Akkineni Nagarjuna’s earlier film Soggade Chinni Nayana in which he played a dual role and made his screen presence in the role of father and son. The film also had Ramya Krishnan and Lavanya Tripathi in lead roles.
On the otherside, Nagarjuna is currently busy in his upcoming fantasy Bollywood movie Brahmastra in which he plays an archaeologist.
