If ongoing buzz in media and film industry is to be believed, Telugu Superstar Mahesh Babu and his wife Namrata, are going to start their own OTT Platform.
Mahesh Babu and Namrata have ventured into all sorts of Movie Businesses. The couple has AMB Multiplex in Hyderabad and a production house GMB Entertainments. Mahesh has also stepped into the textile business. He launched his own textile label Humble. And now Mahesh Babu is all set to start his own OTT platform like Mega Producer Allu Aravind’ Aha. Earlier it was also heard that Director Deva Katta is making a Web Series for streaming giant Amazon Prime on GMB Entertainments. The sources say that currently, the discussions are going on with corporate media companies in Mumbai for a partnership.
Meanwhile GMB Entertainments is busy bankrolling the movie ‘Major’ in which Goodachari actor Adivi Sesh is playing the lead role. GMB Entertainments has collaborated with Sony Pictures for this Pan Indian film of Adivi Sesh.
Superstar Mahesh Babu enjoys superstardom in the Tollywood and also has a huge fan base. Currently he is chilling at home and passing time during the lockdown period by playing with kids, reading novels and watching films.
If Mahesh Babu successfully launches the OTT platform, it could gain more craze and attention compared to Aha.
