It is known news that faded beauty Shriya Saran has been approached to play the crucial role in SS Rajamouli’ upcoming much awaited movie RRR which has Jr NTR and Ram Charan in the lead roles. Shriya Saran will be seen opposite Ajay Devgn in RRR, which is being bankrolled by DVV Danayya. Now according to the latest buzz in the film industry, Shriya Saran has been roped in for the upcoming Telugu film which is a remake of Hindi movie Andhadhun, in which Nithiin will play the lead role.
Director Merlapaka Gandhi is directing the movie Andhadhun in Telugu. Nithiin is reprising the role of Ayushmann Khurrana in the Telugu version. The sources say that Shriya Saran will play the role of Tabu from the original. Gauthamiputra Satakarni fame actress will be seen as the seductive villain in Nithiin starrer Andhadhun remake.
Initially the makers wanted to rope Tabu to play her role in Telugu too but later they dropped the idea and now they are approaching Shriya Saran.
Earlier it was also heard that Bheeshma fame Nithiin’s father Sudhakar Reddy wanted to rope glamorous actress and lady superstar Nayantara but her demand gave a huge shock to everyone as she demanded Rs 9 Cr remuneration.
