With three big disasters last year, Nandamuri Balakrishna is in dire need of success. He has teamed up with the director Boyapati Srinu, who knows the audience pulse. However, Boyapati himself is on the backfoot due to his last outing Vinaya Vidheya Rama.
The movie has been criticized largely for its content. So a success is extremely crucial for both Balayya and Boyapati.
The movie’s shooting has started before the lockdown and has completed a action based schedule. While the other movies are resuming their schedules, Balayya is in no hurry. He has asked the director to wait for a month or so. The movie’s resume shooting date will be known by the end of this month.
Now, as per the latest update, the heroine in the movie is not yet finalized. There are reports that Malayalam actress Prayaga Martin has been roped in as the female lead but there is no truth in it.
