The shooting for Venkatesh starrer revenge drama, Naarappa, resumed yesterday amid strict safety measures. The sources close to the makers revealed that yesterday the makers canned the crucial climax episode. Now according to the latest update, the makers of Naarappa are planning to release the teaser of Naarappa on 13th December on the occasion of Venkatesh’ birthday. An official announcement regarding the teaser release date of Naarappa will be made very soon.
Set against the backdrop of the rustic Rayalaseema region, the action drama Naarappa, the remake of Tamil film Asuran, will showcase Venkatesh Daggubati in two drastic avatars.
Priyamani is stepping into the role played by Manju Warrier in the original. The film is being helmed by Srikanth Addala and is jointly produced by Suresh Babu and Kalaipuli S Thanu. The gritty story will be a new one for the directior Srikanth Addala who has so far directed feel food family dramas. This film Naarappa brings together Venkatesh Daggubati and Priyamani for the first time.
Meanwhile Priyamaniis also playing an important part of Comrade Bharatakka in director Venu Udugula’ directorial venture Virata Parvam starring Rana Daggubati and Sai Pallavi. On the otherside, after wrapping up the shoot of Naarappa, Venkatesh will start the shoot of F3.
