Rebel Star Prabhas is associated with the movie Adi Purush which is a mythological drama. Prabhas will be playing the role of Lord Rama. The regular shooting of the film has kickstarted recently without Prabhas participating in it yet. He is busy with the other movie Salaar.
Tanhaji fame Om Raut is the director of Adi Purush and Saif Ali Khan is onboard for this project. He is going to play Lankesh. Adi Purush’s release date is confirmed. It is hitting the screens on August 11th, 2022.
Bollywood media reports that Vicky Kaushal will play Lakshman in this movie and Kriti Sanon’s name is doing rounds for the Sita role. However, the close sources of the movie unit have revealed that they are considering Keerthy Suresh for this role. An official confirmation will settle the speculations though.
