In 2019, there was a strong buzz in the film industry that Sai Pallavi who is known for her roles in Fidaa, Premam, Maari 2, Kali, Middle Class Abbayi and more, rejected Anil Ravipudi’ directorial venture Sarileru Neekevvaru, in which Telugu superstar Mahesh Babu played the role of an army officer and it was backed by Dil Raju under his banner Sri Venkateswara Creations. The film featured Kannada lady Rashmika Mandanna as the leading lady and marked her first collaboration with the Spyder hero. But recently during the promotional event of his upcoming film Gaali Sampath, Anil Ravipudi opened up about the project of him with Sai Pallavi.
Anil Ravipudi revealed that his project with Sai Pallavi didn’t materialize that was a sports based drama. By stating that, Anil Ravipudi confirmed Sai Pallavi didn’t reject his directorial venture Sarileru Neekevvaru starring Mahesh Babu.
Anil Ravipudi is also among the well known directors in the film industry. He is known for delivering hit films such as Sarileru Neekevvaru, Pataas, F2: Fun and Frustration, Raja The Great and Supreme. His film Sarileru Neekevvaru garnered heaps of praise from fans and netizens for the acting skills and storyline. Currently he is working for upcoming Telugu project F3.
