Pawan Kalyan decides to take a long break

It is known news that Power Star Pawan Kalyan was tested positive for the Coronavirus and he has recovered recently. Now the reports are coming that Pawan Kalyan is not ready to make his comeback and has decided to take a long break. The same has been informed to the makers of his upcoming projects. It is being heard that Gabber Singh fame star is suffering from post coronavirus weakness and he has been advised complete one month rest to recover soon.

The sources close to Pawan Kalyan revealed that he would join the sets of his upcoming project from the month of July. It means the shoots of his upcoming projects are pushed by two months. Pawan Kalyan will continue to spend time in his Hyderabad farmhouse till he recovers completely.

No shoots will be taking place and the same has been conveyed to the respective film directors. Currently, Pawan Kalyan has Saagar K Chandra’s Ayyappanum Koshiyum remake which also has Rana Daggubati in the lead role, then Krish’ directorial venture Hari Hara Veera Mallu and then PSPK28 with Harish Shankar.

On the otherside Pawan is also holding talks with Surendar Reddy for a film which is expected to go on the floor next year.

Boyapati no remuneration path for Akhanda but..

On the festival of Ugadi, the title of Nandamuri Balakrishna and Boyapati Srinu’ actioner was revealed along with a video teaser. The movie is titled Akhanda. The teaser featured Nandamuri Balakrishna as an Aghora and it has already clocked 40 million views which is huge.

Akhanda is one of the much hyped movies of Tollywood, which is on the verge of completion. As Boyapati Srinu’ previous offering Vinaya Vidheya Rama was a dud at the box office, the director is working day and night to make Akhanda a big hit. He is planning to deliver a blockbuster with Akhanda. The reports are coming that Boyapati Srinu is not charging the remuneration for this film and he will take a share in the profits. On the otherside, Balakrishna who used to charge Rs 10 Cr for a film, has also decided to slash his remuneration and he will be receiving Rs 7 Cr for playing the lead role in Akhanda which is bankrolled by Miryala Ravinder Reddy.

Akhanda has Pragya Jaiswal as the leading lady and the music by SS Thaman, while C Ram Prasad is taking care of cinematography. M Ratnam is taking care of the dialogues.

Balakrishna and Boyapati Srinu film Akhanda is slated to hit the theaters on 28th May.

Jr NTR Yamadonga lady rides Harley Davidson bike

The film actress, producer and the playback singer Mamta Mohandas who is known for acting in Malayalam movies, has also acted in few Telugu and Tamil movies. She has also her film production company under the banner Mamta Mohandas Productions. Mamta Mohandas made her debut in Telugu film industry with the movie Yamadonga starring Young Tiger Jr NTR, Mohan Babu, Priyamani, Ali, Brahmanandam, which was helmed by SS Rajamouli.

Malayalam actress Mamta Mohandas was diagnosed with cancer when her career was peaking. Later she beat cancer and made a comeback on the silver screen. Yesterday evening Mamta Mohanda took to her Instagram to share a video in which she is seen riding a stylish Harley Davidson.

By sharing her bike ride video, Mamta Mohandas said, “Why wait for someone to take you for a ride when you have had enough. Riding after the fifteen years, the most amazing thing was that I have not lost touch!!! Building a career in film industry also meant putting away days when I used to ride a motorcycle around the town freely.”

On the work front, Mamta Mohandas will be seen in upcoming film Enemy which has Vishal and Arya in the lead role and Mirnalini Ravi and Karunakaran in the supporting role.

Om Raut to take Adipurush VFX and CGI to a whole new level

Ever since Om Raut announced ‘Adipurush’ with Young Rebel star Prabhas, every news regarding the big budget project has been doing the rounds on the internet. The upcoming big budget Pan Indian project also has Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan and he is finalized to lock horns with Prabhas as the ‘Most Intelligent Demon’ Lankesh. B town lady Kriti Sanon has been roped in to portray the role of Goddess Sita. The regular shoot of Adipurush has been started a couple of months ago but now the makers have stalled the shoot of Prabhas starrer due to the second wave of Covid-19.

Recently during the media interaction, Om Raut, the director of Adipurush, said the film would almost entirely be shot in a studio and they were using the best in class 3D technology for this pan Indian film. According to Om Raut, the film Adipurush will be high on VFX and CGI. The makers have allotted a huge budget for the VFX work of Adipurush.

It is also being heard that Adipurush will be completely shot in green mat technology. Several Hollywood movies like 300, Aquaman, Gravity and Sin City have been shot entirely on Green Screen. Prabhas and Kriti Sanon starrer Adipurush is slated to hit the theaters on 11th August.

Balakrishna slashes remuneration for Akhanda

Nandamuri Balakrishna is currently working for his upcoming action thriller drama Akhanda which is one of the much hyped movie of Telugu film Industry and the movie is progressing at the brisk pace in under the direction of Boyapati Srinu who is known for making mass masala movies.

This is the third collaboration of Balakrishna with Boyapati Srinu after the two blockbuster movies- Simha and Legend. Balakrishna used to charge Rs 10 Cr for a project but this time he is taking only Rs 7 Cr remuneration for Akhanda.

The producers of Akhanda are spending Rs 70 crores on the project and they decided to slash the remunerations of Balakrishna, Boyapati Srinu, and the remaining cast and crew in order to cut down the non production cost. That is the main reason Balakrishna agreed to charge Rs 7 cores remuneration for this upcoming film, in which he will be seen in dual role.

In one of the role, Balakrishna is playing an IPS officer whereas in the other role, he will be seen in the role of an aghora. On the occasion of ugadi, the makers released the teaser of Akhanda, which grabbed several eyeballs and generated good hypes. The film Pragya Jaiswal as the leading lady which is being backed by Miriyala Ravinder Reddy. Akhanda is scheduled to hit the theaters on 28th May.

Prabhas and Nag Ashwin film to launch this Diwali

The second wave of Coronavirus is wreaking havoc in every part of the country and with new lockdowns and restrictions in place, a number of shoots have been indefinitely postponed. One of the films to be affected by the pandemic is Nag Ashwin’s pan-world film which is a science fiction drama starring young Rebel Star Prabhas, Deepika Padukone, and Amitabh Bachchan.

Nag Ashwin’ big budget entertainer was supposed to hit the floors this June but the shoot of the film has been postponed. Now according to the latest buzz in the film industry, the upcoming untitled Pan Indian project of Prabhas with Nag Ashwin will be launched on the occasion of this Diwali with formal pooja ceremony and the regular shoot will commence soon after.

In the meantime, Prabhas is likely to resume the shoot of upcoming much hyped film Adipurush under the direction of Om Raut which has Kriti Sanon as the leading lady.

The shooting of RRR starring Young Tiger Jr NTR and Ram Charan, is proceeding at a rapid pace to meet the release deadline, under the direction of SS Rajamouli. It is known news that popular actress Alia Bhatt has been roped in to play the crucial role of Sita opposite Ram Charan in Rajamouli’ historic drama RRR. Trivikram Srinivas to revive Kobali with Pawan Kalyan

Few years ago, there was a strong buzz in the film industry that Power Star Pawan Kalyan would work with Trivikram Srinivas for a film Kobali and later the project was shelved. Trivikram was supposed to direct Gabbar Singh fame star in the film “Kobali”, a story set in Rayalseema backdrop and likely to be produced by Pawan Kalyan himself. A..Aa helmer also worked on the script for months and the movie got shelved after the entire team was set.

It is known news that Pawan Kalyan is very close to Trivikram Srinivas and both shares good rapports. Despite their action and romantic movie Agnyaathavaasi ending up as a dud, but they remained good friends. Now according to the latest report, Trivikram Srinivas is showing interest to revive this shelved film. If everything goes according, Trivikram Srinivas’ film Kobali with Pawan Kalyan will go on the floor next year.

Acharya postponed! Chiranjeevi starrer to release in August?

According to the latest update, the upcoming much hyped social message oriented movie Acharya, in which Megastar Chiranjeevi is playing the lead role, has been postponed due to rising Covid-19 cases in the Telugu States. The socio and political entertainer Acharya, which is helmed by Koratala Siva of Bharat Ane Nenu fame, was slated for release on 13th May but the makers have now decided to hold the film for a better release window.

Apparently the producers, and the director Koratala Siva are planning to release the film Acharya this August. The final call on the release date of Acharya will be taken after the completion of shoot. Currently Koratala Siva’ directorial venture Acharya is on the verge of completion and very soon the makers will start the post production work.

Kajal Aggarwal is on the board to play the love interest of Chiranjeevi in Acharya which also has Mega Power Star Ram Charan and Pooja Hegde in the lead roles. Koratala Siva’ magnum opus Acharya also has Sonu Sood and Jisshu Sengupta in the crucial roles.

Venu Sriram to narrate a story to Pawan Kalyan again?

According to the latest buzz in the film industry, once again Venu Sriram is planning to work with none other than Power Star Pawan Kalyan for a film. Recently both came up with a court room drama Vakeel Saab, which was the remake of Hindi national award winning movie Pink starring Big B aka Amitabh Bachchan and Taapsee Pannu. Currently Vakeel Saab, which is bankrolled by Dil Raju and Boney Kapoor, is running at the theaters. The sources say that once again Pawan Kalyan has agreed to work under Dil Raju’ for another project and the producer asked Venu Sriram to pen a story for Pawan Kalyan. Ravi Teja Khiladi girl: My night life completely off

It is known news that Ravi Teja is playing the dual role in upcoming actioner Khiladi which is being helmed by Ramesh Varma and it has Dimple Hayathi as one of the leading lady. Recently during the media interaction, Dimple Hayati talked about the shoot in Italy. Khiladi lady Dimple Hayati said, the moment the team landed in Italy, the government had announced a second lockdown due to the second wave of Coronavirus. Italy is known for tourism and streets buzzing with life, but suddenly all that disappeared due to the lockdown. The lockdown in Italy had impacted the actress’ plans to shop.

Nagarjuna: It will bring additional revenue for my producers

After a long gap of 17 years, Nagarjuna Akkineni, is making his comeback in Bollywood with a fantasy drama Brahmastra. Recently during the media interaction, Nagarjuna says he doesn’t know what role did working in Hindi Film Industry play in his over three-decade long career.

Officer actor Nagarjuna said, “I don’t know what role Bollywood played in my career in the film industry. I have never looked at it that way. I have never looked at it as a career in Hindi film Industry. I never dreamed of a career in Hindi film Industry. But now I am ready to sign more projects in Bollywood if exciting scripts come my way.

Akhil Akkineni, the young son of King Nagarjuna made his debut as the lead actor with Akhil: The Power of Jua, which was released in 2015, and on its opening day the movie received negative response by the movie lovers and the critics from each corner and finally turned out a disaster at the box office.

Sukumar and Ram Charan decide for Rangasthalam sequel

If ongoing buzz in the media and the film industry are to be believed, Sukumar and Ram Charan have decided to come up with an upcoming village based drama, which is a sequel to Rangasthalam. The movie Rangasthalam which had Samantha Akkineni as the leading lady, was released in 2018 and it was blockbuster at the box office.

Dev Mohan: Samantha has no airs of a superstar

Two options before Allu Arjun

Stylish Star Allu Arjunis currently working with Sukumar of Rangasthalam fame for an upcoming action drama Pushpa, in which he is playing the role of a lorry driver Pushpa Raj. Sid Sriram remuneration Rs 4 lakh per song

The Indian-American music producer, playback singer, and songwriter Sid Sriram is one of the popular name in Telugu film Industry. Sid Sriram gained popularity in India with the song Adiye crooned for the soundtrack of Kadal, which was composed by Oscar award winning music composer AR Rahman. An alumnus of Berklee College of Music, Sid Sriram started his career by releasing original songs for about eight years. But it was AR Rahman’ “Adiye”, for Mani Ratnam’s magnum opus Kadal in 2013, which brought him limelight. And he became a household name after “Thalli Pogathey” took the India’ music scene by storm.
