According to the latest buzz in the film industry, Anushka Shetty is all set to work with versatile actor Kamal Haasan for a movie, which is a sequel to Vettaiyaadu Vilaiyaadu. Gautham Menon is going to helm the sequel of Vettaiyaadu Vilaiyaadu. The reports are coming that Varanam Aaayiram director recently met Indian 2 star Kamal Haasan at his office and discussed about the possibility of Vettaiyaadu Vilaiyaadu sequel. The actor-politician Kamal Haasan was quite impressed with the idea and has given green signal to the director.
Interestingly, Gautham Menon, who is currently working with Baahubali and Arundhati fame Anushka Shetty for a woman centric film, has apparently approached her to play Kamal Haasan’ love interest in Vettaiyaadu Vilaiyaadu sequel.
Though there has been no official announcement regarding the cast of Vettaiyaadu Vilaiyaadu sequel, but it is being said that Vettaiyaadu Vilaiyaadu will be bankrolled by Vels Film International and Harris Jayaraj will score the music.
On the professional front, Kamal Haasan has Indian 2 in his kitty which is helmed by Shankar of I and 2.0 fame. The big budget film starring Kamal Haasan and Kajal Aggarwal in the lead. On the otherside, Anushka Shetty will be seen in thriller drama Nishabdham.
